With over 20 years of experience, Kevin most recently opened the award-winning Edge Restaurant at Rise Resort in Vernon. A graduate of Okanagan Culinary College, he has led kitchens across Europe, the U.S., and Western Canada, and believes great food should be memorable, approachable, and make you feel at home. 

Kevin and his wife, Ashley, are thrilled to make their long-loved Tofino home, joined by their three dogs, who are already eager to settle into ROAR's Sunken Living Room.
